Oancea
Pronounced Wanker, this is a typical Romanian surname! Most Oanceas are tall and hairy but are born without chins. This makes it extremely difficult for them to fold towels or bed sheets. They also take an interest in football but tend to support terrible teams like Liverpool. Sport is not their strong point, most of them can't swim and struggle to even win crazy golf. The majority make terrible life decisions such as smoking at a young age or getting extremely, rubbish tattoos.

Car-ogance law states that whenever cyclists raise valid questions about their safety or discomforts that within three responses car owners will try to bend the topic/discussion about the own responsibility and unsafe behavior of that cyclist.
