(pronounced O-SHET-SKI) A mouth watering hero pioneered by a world renowned sandwich expert from Skaneateles, NY. The whopping list of ingredients includes: chicken cutlet, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella and provolone cheese, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, and Mayo.
