offscreenville 

In fandom, refers to events that occur outside the scope of a particular storyline. These events may or may not be referred back to later in the story. Oftentimes, an excuse given for failure of the story to conclusively wrap up dangling plot threads, or explain away plot holes and continuity errors. The term originated in Smallville fandom.
Although Lois Lane and Kara Kent had not met on screen in the TV show Smallville, Lois claimed that they were good friends. The development of that friendship was said to have occurred in Offscreenville.

off screen ninja

A ninja that shoots arrows at you from off the screen. He uses magic not chakra and apparently has the ability to do a hadouken.
NL: Hey who are you
OSN: I'm the off screen ninja, i shoot at you from off the screen.
NL: How do you do that?
OSN: With magic!
NL:I thought ninjas used chakra

offscreened 

Getting offscreened is the term used to describe the occurrence of a character dying outside of the audience's view. The character's corpse may be seen later, or confirmation may be given by another character, who witnessed the death/found the corpse.
Kite was offscreened in Hunter X Hunter.
