A person with no skill who stays in the same area for long periods of time never moving, usually guarding the only way in on a shooter game.

That noobcamper never moves so it's impossible to get him!

A noob camper is a noob who tries to camp during a FPS but failes horribley. They think they can camp, but really suck.

Ryan is a noob camper because he camped the whole game and had 0 kills.

Derived from the Jackhammer, a triple barrel shotgun in the game www.planetside.com that used to deal a massive amount of pwnage up close, as a triple barrel shotgun should.

1.) Noun. The bastardization of the word Jackhammer, a weapon from the game Planetside. Normally a term used by people who complain after being killed in a video game, also by people who cannot spell 'balanced.'
