Get the Nomophobia mug.Noviophobia is an irrational fear, aversion to, or jealously of others' relationships at large, especially of potential romantic partners already being in relationships. Noviophobia is derived from the Spanish word "Novio" (meaning boyfriend) and Greek word "Phobos" (meaning fear); This strange word was featured in an issue of Nintendo Power in a fan letter regarding the 2004 Nintendo DS game "Sprung", and it was also mentioned in the 2004 Sonichu newsletter "Sonichu's News Dash!".
