madmaxian

Any dystopian landscape or system in which there is little greenery, fuel or humanity to be found. Named after the Mad Max series of films, anything madmaxian is essentially a brutal, lawless hellscape likely filled with either bandits, raiders, and people eagerly executing their worst instincts, or bleak emptiness.

Colombia, Somalia, New Mexico, and regular Mexico are thought to be Madmaxian - a good place to be sunburnt, robbed, and possibly shot.

A: Dude, let's go to Tijuana for some drinks, drugs and bitches!

B: Nah man, that place is Madmaxian. I don't wanna die in three ways at once. Let's hit up Vegas instead.
