Something which can used to create memes easily and which can have many variations. Usually this is one or two pictures of the same thing or very similar things, but sometimes it will be a
single image, a combination of very different images from
unrelated sources or rarely not be an image but a concept which lends itself to many memes.
Etymology: Meme + āible. From
the Ancient
Greek μįæĪ¼ĪæĻ, āĪæĻ
(mĆ®mos āou) meaning ācopy or imitationā same
root as āmimeā and āmimicā. Commonly misspelled as āmemeableā however as āmemeā ends in a silent āeā the āeā is dropped, and since āmĆ®mosā is a second declination masculine word in the Ancient Greek, āible is used instead of āable.
