A general state of angst about a certain event or life issue. This criteria for use of this word surpasses the standard meep or moop of depression and anxiety regarding an event or issue but the divine combination of the two terms results in a resounding MEEOOP that surpasses the original. Expressing this goes beyond the normal stress of every day life and pertains to a crisis or abnormal occurrence that causes detrimental effects to quality of life of the person forced to utter this expression.

"MEEOOP. I am absolutely going to fail this exam because the material is bulls**t and our teacher is a raging red-haired feminist creep."
