A weeby way of saying "morning"
An attempt to mimic the pronunciation of a Japanese English word モーニング (pronounced like: Moh-Nin-Gu),
especially seen on twitter or other SNS among people, often with anime girl pictures.
As there is no phonetic character that ends with a consonance in Japanese (except n),
often, putting a vowel to the end of a word makes it like Japanese.
Other examples can be husbando, waifu.
