Taken from the Spongebob movie, a person who suffers from Mindy Syndrome willfully stalls a situation to the point of frustration of the other party/s involved.

Person 1: yea I'll be right there just let me finish this.
Person 2: quit stalling and get your bum in the car!
Person 1: you think I'm stalling?
Person 2: yes get your keister in the car!
Person 1: stalling?
Person 2: yes, let's go!
Person 1: I'm not stalling, give me a minute.
Person 2: you suffer from Mindy Syndrome don't you?
Person 1: lmfao

Something usually experienced by those for whom sex is a large part of every-day life. Basically the act of taking any innocent thought or expression, and suggesting (or considering) something dirty arising from it.

Normal girl: "So I took hold of this big pole-"
Person with DMS: "Yeah, I BET you did ;)"

Media Mind Syndrome 

A disorder in which a person has distorted views about real-world situations, caused by listening to and referring to the mainstream media for all information.

Dave: So what do you think of Obama's plan on withdrawing troops in Afghanistan? I'm thinking it's too early, but at the same time, it is costing us way too much money, and it will have a significant finacial impact on future generations.

Cody: Huh? What the hell are you talking about?

Dave: I'm talking about our president.

Cody: Oh yeah. I hate him. He's just a socialist pig that hates america.

Dave: Do you even know what socialism is?

Cody: …

Dave: …

Cody: Don't you think Kim Kardashian went a little overboard to create a dream wedding. I mean, yeah she's rich and all, but come on!

Dave: Cody, I kept my mouth shut for too long, but I'm finally just going to say it: I'm worried about you. I think you have Media Mind Syndrome.

the condition whereby one cannot stop a song (usually a cheesy song) running round your mind. in more extreme cases this can be accompanied by involuntarily singing the song out loud, damaging your street cred in the process
named after the barry manilow song of the same name
an early mention of this comes from wayne campbell, the mike myers character in wayne's world movie

i am a chronic sufferer of mandy syndrome, especially after my other half has been watching an episode of glee
