A term for a person, typically a young adult male from a 3rd world country, who enters a prosperous country that offers free handouts to immigrants. May or may not engage in antisocial or outright criminal behavior victimizing the native residents of said country, but definitely will not bother to learn the native language or learn the skills needed to find a good job.
Differentiated from immigrants who actually make an effort to adapt to their new home and not be a burden on society.
