A Mediosexual is somewhere between a metrosexual and a retrosexual. He ia a man who spends little time and money on his appearance, but still finds a way to look good. Basically, any typical male who dresses fairly unimpressive, yet maintains his own unique sense of style

That guy isn't fly, but he manages to pull off an okay Mediosexual look. Good for him!
