The New Lunar Republic or NLR, is a resistance army lead by Princess Luna that comes from the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic." The NLR was a fan fiction created by the older fans of MLP:FIM called Bronies. The goal of the NLR is to help Princess Luna take her older sister Princess Celestia out of power thus bringing eternal night. Princess Celestia is the leader of the solar empire.
