In Canada, in the context of a reaction to smoking marijuana, somebody who becomes slothful, lazy, or restful and generally uninterested in sex. A lothic stoner wishes to be left alone to think or be entertained. The opposite of a lothic stoner is a pelsic stoner.

It sucks that my girlfriend is lothic and I'm pelsic. Whenever we get high together I want to go to the bar and she just wants to sit on the couch alone.

a science that deals with the principles and criteria of achieving the highest return on a sale-able product with the most efficient way to build/lot out an inventory set of goods and taking into consideration of many variables, ie condition, age, category of goods, social trends, new product line expansion time frames, etc :

I have over 10,000 used ipads but dont know how to sell them. All at once or a few at a time. I think I will use lotgic to find the best way to sell it.
