Coined on the Adam Carolla Show by Alison Rosen on 5/29/12. An embellished version, "litiguini with claims," was offered by "Bald Bryan" Bishop.

Not only did she sue the driver who was texting, but she threw some litiguini at the person who sent the text as well.
