The typical permanently offended far left 'woke' SJW types, who act like the Nazis they accuse everyone else of being . Mainly found on social media jumping on whatever the latest left wing outrage is and throwing personal insults at people who don't share their opinion.

Words you can keep
A combination of "Lefty" and "Luftwaffe", the Nazi air force in World War II.

"Leftwaffe" is a term used to describe some, not all, left-wing minded people who are, ironically, using increasingly Nazi-like tactics to achieve their political agendas.

This includes leftists and media who use sayings such as "to do nothing is to do wrong", which can make normal people, who live normal lives and treat everyone as equal and who are valuable members of society, feel bullied into taking part in the leftists' own crusades and bitterness.

Ironically, whilst claiming to stand for equality and to stand against discrimination, these groups believe it is entirely acceptable to negatively stereotype and categorise all police officers under the same umbrella, either based on unfounded misconceptions or based on the one bad apple as opposed to the thousands of good ones.

The Leftwaffe often adopt violence and fear to achieve their political causes, exactly as the Nazis did. They will gatecrash peaceful rallies and turn them into violent protests, attacking businesses and political buildings/landmarks, exactly as the Nazis turned the German population to attack Jewish-owned shops. At these events, many of the Leftwaffe wear dark, hooded clothing and face coverings, akin to a modern day version of the Nazi uniform.
"Oh dear, the Leftwaffe have gatecrashed this peaceful NHS rally and have started throwing glass bottles and shouting "Fuck the police". The Leftwaffe have ruined things for everyone. Selfish cunts."

A play on words describing anyone on the left as members of the Luftwaffe, used by right-wing bootlickers to describe anyone who asks questions of the United Kingdom's Conservative Government, in an attempt to sound intelligent and original.
Sensible person: I'm not sure why people seem to think the government is doing a good job handling this pandemic. They entered lockdown far too late and it was far too lenient, they're lifting lockdown far too early, and we have the 2nd-highest death toll in the world. Their last round of advice was even officially ignored by the governments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and the local authorities in Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle.

Bootlicker: OMG why can't you get behind are Boris and show your support!!1! He's doing the best he can in difficult circumstances! Can yo imagine if someone else was in charge? In times like trhese we need vlind loyalty to the government, not criticism! Grow up, leftwaffe.

luftwaffe

Luftwaffe is the german word for "air force", literary translated it means "air weapon". The Luftwaffe was the german air force during WWII. The modern german Air force is still under the name of Luftwaffe, unlike the army which switched from "Wehrmacht" to "Bundeswehr" (Federal Army).
Dude 1: Luftwaffe? What the hell is that a type of food?
Dude 2: Nein, scheiße Kopf. Sie ist das "Air force" von Deutschland.
Dude 1: What?
