Le7nesh is what the Dutch/Arabic world referes to as the police. The definition originated from the Moroccan youth in The Netherlands. Mainly from people who do not own a job or do not have a normal life style. It is usually this group that begs for money from the government and the hard working people while at the same time being connected with numerous crimes such as drugs, fake money, fake clothing and human trafficing.
