kusuriuri

medicine seller in japanese (薬売り). or, it could also mean the kusuriuri from mononoke, the dude who slays evil spirits and poses as a medicine seller, most probably also a kitsune. (you should go watch it on youtube, its a peak anime.)

person 1: "what!? who are you!?"
kusuriuri: "just a simple medicine seller."
