krassian

A short pronunciation term for Kremlin Russians, that are the leading governmental power of (now) Russian Federation.

It is recommended to use the original eastern pronunciation of the word: "kray-sian" instead of popular west pronunciation of "rush-ahn".

This is an ideological term that helps to emphasize that it does not mention the Russian people as a whole, but rather the oligarchy in power.

As oddly as it sounds, the term itself has sometimes shortened itself into "крыса" (kraessa), meaning "rat" in Russian.
A: "These krassians will pay dearly after the war. Bringing chaos that could've been totally avoided."
B: "You mention them like the good old fashioned commies, don't you?"
A: "And it might come with it's own Containment Policy of it's own, who knows."
