A game played at concerts, where one positions ones knob to touch the rump of the girl in front of you. Often played in conjuction with wordcheb touch/word.

1. A frantic game involving at least two men where each participant must attempt to touch the genitalia of the other participant(s) before they themselves have their "knob" touched. Alludes to the fact that an individual is most likely homosexual.

Simon: "Anyone fancy a game of knob touch?"
Rich: "No way man, you always beat me off!"

GG: "Man, Paul is such a knob toucher!"
Luke: "Yeah, I heard he turned pro. He's an unstoppable knob touching machine these days and is tipped to be in the next Knob Touch World Cup."
