An adult diaper kind of night

A phrase used when emphasizing the commitment to the grind, so committed you have no time for even subtle bowel movements. The phrase can also be used when describing how a rather uncooperative food or drink might unsettle the stomach to the point of a bowel movement within the pants
Brad: yo you trying to grab some tequila shots before the game?

Chad: eh man idk, it’s looking like an adult diaper kind of night

Jenna: I got a 5 page paper due at 8am and I haven’t even started, it’s looking like an adult diaper kind of night.

So What Kind of Music Are You Into?

A question that generally gets asked to keep an awkward conversation going.
Me: Yeah, so that's how you outrun an explosion.

You: So what kind of music are you into?

Purple Patch

To describe coming into something good, coming into good luck and or good times.

Like walking over small green hills in the countryside then coming across a purple patch of flowers, thus it being unique and out of the ordinary.
I hit a real purple patch.

The other day this good thing happened unexpectedly then I was lucky with this, it was unique, I hit a real purple patch.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
