A fabric constriction around the groin that occurs as a result of sitting or propping up a leg in tight pants (preferably khakis), forcing others to have a superfluous magnitude of testicular knowledge.

Term used for a married person at work or in the military that brings a lunch to work every day thats packed in a brown bag by their wife. Also known as a "brown bagger".

We're going to Mcdonalds for lunch today. All of the Khaki Sackers are staying put.
