2. The act of getting worked by a shitty program.

3. Loss of work due to "user error"

Example usage:
Engineer A: "FUCK!"

Engineer B: "What happened?"

Engineer A: "A whole week's worth of work just got fuckin' keyteched!"

Engineer B: "That sucks!"

Engineer C: "User error."
