interpersonal communication 

Exchange of information between two or more persons. During interpersonal communication there is the act of sending a message as well as receiving a message, which can be indirect or direct. Successful interpersonal communication is fulfilled when two or more persons understand the message being sent and received.
For example components of interpersonal communication such as indirect communication involve the use of body language, eye contact etc. and direct communication involves explicitly using language or speech acts to communicate.

Interpersonal Tourist 

A person who engages in numerous casual relationships without the benefit of clergy.
Man that girls gets around she must be an interpersonal tourist.

Interpersonal Attraction

The study of why people are attracted to each other and how is attraction built.
Not every man and woman may be physically attracted to each other but there is a possibility that interpersonal attraction (their personality) can be attractive between each other.

With interpersonal attraction, it is the personality that we may or may not find attractive. It is the personality that is being judged.

Interpersonal attraction can be built and maintained.

Interpersonal Pyromaniac 

Somebody who, either through intentional acts or fuck-ups, constantly and consistently burns bridges between people.
"Man I'm trying to apply for jobs now, but I don't have any good references. If only I was't such a professional Interpersonal Pyromaniac. I should probably remove that from my "Work Experience" section as well... probably...

Interpersonal Influence 

The result of genuine and intentional human to human interactions that lead to the formation of trusted and reliable connections and/or personal/professional relationships.
Mark was developing his interpersonal influence by having honest conversations with his clients about expectations.

Interpersonal Conflict

Interpersonal conflict refers to any type of conflict involving two or more people. It's different from an intrapersonal conflict, which refers to an internal conflict with yourself. Mild or severe, interpersonal conflict is a natural outcome of human interaction.
Something I have learned is that most interpersonal conflicts are about insignificant things.
