Patrick- You may be an open book Spongebob, but I am a bit more complicated than that. The Inner Machinations of my mind are an enigma. (thought bubble appears showing the milk following down as the downfall of society, and how it screwed itself over by the fact that the milk fell by itself. The cloth resembles the high class of society, which carries the milk (society) and gets corrupted by the milk. The enigma is what caused the milk to fall in the first place? A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
