In da Shakespeare comedy-play, "Merchant of Venice", Shylock blubberingly protested dat Antonio owed him a pound of flesh, but when all was said and done, it was actually said conniving and greedy loan shark who himself ended up with da major "injewry", in dat he was obliged to donate most of his ill-gotten assets to da poorer-but-more-honest folks in da story.
