Nignoranus 

An individual of generally African American background whom is a jerk whilst being of said background. Reasons that my accompany being an asshole may stem from vexation of their origins being of African descent. Not to be mistaken with Nignoramous or Nignoramus this type of Nignorant Nignorance includes being an asshole along with the blackness factor included.

A person who becomes indignant about a subject or issue that they have invented or created and which has no basis in actual fact

An individual who formulates strong opinions about a personally contrived subject with no concurrent supporting evidence or basis in actual reality

It took some effort, but Sarah Palin became a truly special public figure when she identified herself as both an indignoranus and an indignoramus during her resignation speech.
