Internal laugh out loud. The laugh out loud you do when you don't actually laugh out loud. In reality this accounts for 99.99999% of actual lols. Often misunderstood by Apple fanboys to be related to Apple simply because of the i prefix. This misunderstanding in itself causes an ilol.
That cat video made me ilol. (Meaning I watched the cat video and thought it was mildly amusing but I made no physical sound, although I may have smiled.)

Get the iLOL mug."ilol" is a text response showing that you ACTUALLY 'laughed out loud' when receiving a text, rather than responding with "hahahahahhaha" or "HAHAHHA" or even "lmfaoooooo" "ilol" is a short and firm way to show the person on the other end of the text that you, genuinely laughed audibly... "ilol" is not to be abused like its predecessors ("lol" and "lmfao") this is a staple in the text world and must be treated and trusted as a form of "i ACTUALLY LAUGHED".

Get the iloldirl mug.An offshoot of the popular "lol" acronym, ILOLAW stands for "inappropriately laughing out loud at work." It is used to describe situations where something done, said, or witnessed causes you to laugh out loud so intensely while at your place of occupation that others take notice. Reactions from coworkers or bosses to an ILOLAW can be positive or negative.
The first "L" in ILOLAW can also mean "laughs," "laughed," or "laugh" depending on how ILOLAW is used in a sentence.
