IIRC - If I Recall Correctly. Especially common to be used when trying to cover up a vague guess, or when you are truly befuddled and trying to recall a fact of some sort.

rube-ification refers to the uneducated and ignorant electorate revolutionizing American politics by among other things tolerating if not championing racism, sexism, homophobia, misogyny, fear, and hatred in the name of nationalism. A rubifier needs not fact checking, truth, science, or integrity to support whatever cause or complaint they are making.

The results of 2016 presidential election is dramatic evidence of the rube-ification of the United States.
