When a guy is getting head from a girl, he gets her to keep ths jizz in her mouth. Then, he (gently) clamps his hand over her mouth and whispers in her ear, "Sorry for the herpes." If successful, she will have a gag reflex and the jizz will shoot out her nose. That's the icy dragon. Supposedly it feels really messed-up.

I gave that girl the best icy dragon ever, but she is still really pissed (she says she can still smell it).
