Malign male hyperplasia 

When a male ego gets to big. When he inhibits himself by having the need to be the greatest in everything when he picks a partner. When he wants to be smarter, taller and earn more money than his lady even though he would have the chance to increase survival of his offspring by doing the opposite.

Man, that dude just turned down that extraordinary lady.

Yeah, she is a medical dr and also taller than him.

Yeah, he prefers to carry the economical burden and be the bigger man by himself. She asked me if he didn't like him and i answered her that probably the dude is just suffering from, malign male hyperplasia.

A sad condition that exists in about 1% of girls in which their breasts fail to develop properly due to a hormonal imbalance.As an effect they likely cannot breast feed Some symptoms of mammary hypoplasia include:
lack of breast development during puberty and/or pregnancy,very small breast size,widely spaced breasts (more than two inches between breasts, puffy nipples, “tubular” or cone shaped breasts,lack of cleavage and difficulty breast feeding

Unfortunately she has Mammary hypoplasia (or tuberous breast deformity)
