hopsalauf

A comical and incredibly fun combination of skipping, running, hopping and arm waving, where the hopsalaufing person's limbs and arms flail in all directions at once. Generally accompanied by a high pitched squeal of excitement. Derived from the German words: laufen (to run) and hopsen (to jump).

"Let's hopsalauf."

"Will you hopsalauf through town singing the Ghanaian national anthem with me?"

"I'm going to hopsalauf round the lounge."

"My friend just hosalaufed all the way to Bangladesh. What a Pagol."

"Hey, I tell you what, this hopsalaufing malarkey is damn awesome."
