Someone who gets with a girl/guy knowing that they already are in a relationship and ruins that relationship as a result.

John is a housebreaker, he went out with Julie knowing that she was dating Mark and after Mark found out he broke up with Julie.

housewrecker 

a violent house party usually resulting in a visit from the cops and thousands of dollars worth of damage because of an unbelievable amount of alcohol consumed. These events usually take place on a weekend when the host's parents are away. It may be planned, or merely the consequence of spontaneous actions influenced by too much alcohol.

"fuck did u go to that housewrecker on friday?"
"yeah, the poor dude has to pay for the contracters to remodel the basment."

1) noun-Someone who takes pleasure in breaking apart couples that are her friends.
2) noun-Breaking apart two people because you are jelous and then forgetting about that person after the house is wrecked
3) verb- to break apart someones "relationship" house

Female and Male are not going out anymore because Kyla wrecked their house by any act of jelousy

1. train a boyfriend to live (cleanly) in a house.
2. to subdue, tame a boyfriend.
Works particularly well when training a boyfriend to put the toilet seat down (since in regular useage housbreak is to train pets to excrete outdoors). Also useful when keeping a boyfriend on a tight leash (see friend ditcher) or when teaching other domestic responsibilities, like making the bed or washing dishes.
3. (adj.) "housebroken" Not nearly as derisive as "whipped" therefore mostly used by women of their significant other.
