Hook and book

Trucker slang for getting a load and hitting the road. Hook up your trailer and note in your log book that you're on the road.
Well Jimmy, they finally got the trailer released for travel. Time to hook and book!

Hook and book

A slang term from cops meaning arresting someone. Hook is handcuffing someone and book is booking them in jail.
Paul: I got pulled over for my 5th speeding ticket this morning.

Mike: Damn, Dude! I'm surprised the cop didn't hook and book you right there.

Paul: Man I wouldn't survive in prison.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
