hackfraud

A self-proclaimed expert on a subject he/she has absolutely no idea about, yet uses an unsuspecting and gullible paying customer for shit-tons of their money while doing nothing but drinking beer and contemplating nonsense, justifying the insane amount of time it takes him/her to fix something that should be a matter of minutes with the complicated procurement of spare parts.

Hackfrauds can be found in all layers of society causing major delays in construction projects and ridiculous dimensions of public spending - tax payer money that might as well have been flushed down the toilet.
The hackfrauds who screwed up the Berlin Airport were never held accountable.

Plinkett got milked by these hackfrauds for more than ten years.

Well, it is another name to be used for the UK based company called Halfords. Definition is used possibly because of the negative experience of UK consumers with the company. Some are concerned with the prices of consumer goods (mainly motoring products) while some others with the quality of service and timely responses to customer requests when ordering a product.
Whether true or not, this definition appears to be common, especially in forums related to motoring in the UK.
Another definition is Hellfrauds.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
"I skeefed an apple off the neighbor's tree." "I skeefed some chips outta your bag when you looked away." "Don't skeef my chair when I go to the bathroom."

Hair spider

A tight, tangled knot of loose hair and lint that forms inside clothing during the clothes dryer cycle. It typically hides inside garments, causing an annoying lump or a phantom tickling sensation against the skin until it is found or falls out onto the floor during folding.

-Dude, the Madden 2006 images they showed at E3 were bullshots. It doesn't look nearly as good as they said.
