A word that describes that one asshole that thinks hes tough shit everyone notices while trying to work out at the gym because he makes ridiculously loud noises (usually resembling the sound someone makes while trying to take a shit while constipated and/or while masturbating) while lifting only a mild amount of weight.

Usually the type of person who is desperate for attention and gets it by acting like a complete idiot at the gym.
