gutterslug

A person with no intrinsic value or low social/interpersonal value and often lowers the value of anything they come across. The lowest of the low.

Like a slug in a gutter; something to be disregarded and ignored until it comes into your perception. Additionally, like a slug if you take it from the gutter (take this person from their lowly position) it’ll often leave you grimy and slimey (have negative effects on your life).
When describing a female it often means someone with low value due to their hypersexuality or past hypersexuality.
Never date a gutterslug, they have no loyalty because they’re broken. Our society is producing a lot of gutterslugs and it’s becoming harder to tell. Dating in this culture is likely to ruin your life.
