the grunberg

An uncoordinated style of walking involving a bobbling of the entire body and a greatly exaggerated step with the heel. Generally, the grunberg is a genetic condition and cannot be cured unless the person is carrying a large weight used to stabilize their body.

"That janitor cannot mop the floor efficiently because he is afflicted the grunberg."

"If he expects to run the mile in a decent amount of time, he should carry some weight in order to offset the grunberg."
