This motion (not technique) is performed by players to make the referee believe that a foul has been committed or that they are injured. Most referees consequently give precious amounts of late-game time for these "grassrollers" to gather themselves up. It is completely unsportsmanlike and annoying. Most frequently used by Arab countries (top 5 best countries at GR'ing: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Syria (tie)), and the grassrolling is usually performed against the team of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

That Qatari just fell and started grassrolling for no reason.

Bahrain beat Iran 3-1, and set a record at grassrolling by wasting a total of 79 minutes in the game.

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
