The act of getting your YouTube video tweeted out by a media outlet/celebrity (such as James Gunn) which then causes a chain reaction of increased popularity. The increased popularity of the video results in increased advertisement revenue for the creator, hence the dollar sign. However, the root of the term comes as a play-on-words for the Fergie song "M.I.L.F. $".
After recreating the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 trailer by himself and getting it tweeted out by James Gunn, Hux got dat G.U.N.N. $.

the phrase "she got that ham" means that a girl is not too fat or not too skinny and she has a nice amount of "meat on her bones" not necesarilly the ass but more of the whole body as in legs as well.

Refers to the Internet department of Toyota of Cool Springs whenever a customer sends a lead looking to purchase a vehicle the team yells "got dat lead up" to let other team members know they have a customer to attend to
