A slang term used in South Carolina to describe tourists (usually from Ohio) as a whole or one particularly dumb one.

Nick:
Hey Dylan, look at those dumbass googens standing in the middle of the road looking at an alligator.

Googen sack is pair of wrinkly balls, also known as a ball sack. Old men most commonly have a googen sack due to their old age and are almost all ways sweaty.
