There isn't really a word for it in English, but basically it means asshole-ness. It's a noun. Basically someone who is a gilipollas (asshole) would exhibit gilipollez.

Spanish insult that literally refers to a man without a penis.
Metaphorically means somebody who is less of a man, who doesn't act like a man, and who cannot be considered a man.
