ghettoize 

The opposite of de-ghettoize, refers to the vast influx of poor bad minorities into inner-city neighborhoods that were left to rot by rich white people; later the rich white people realized they missed their cities and began a process of de-ghettoization, which consisted mostly of "running the Richard C. Lee Memorial Highway through it."
That mall really helped ghettoize downtown.

Ghettonese 

A dialect of English spoken in the rougher neighborhoods of the US. It forgoes tenses, and adds the word "be" where it doesn't belong.

Not to be confused with hoodrat.

(Pronounced geh-tah-mih-tehr) Someone who has a keen sense for who and what is ghetto. Much like how gaydar is for homosexuals.
We didn't go to that party because Frank's Ghettometer told him there would be a lot of crack cocaine there.
