Open the Flood Gates

When two men who desperately need to urinate press the heads of their penis's together so that the tips touch each other and let the golden stream flow into the other's shaft-hole.

A variation of this is when neither party involved has been circumcised, and both foreskins are stretched out to be pressed together. This may be referred to as "Bursting The Flood Gates"
Chris: "Hey man, you bustin'?"
Heath: "Totally!"
Chris: "Wanna go Open the Flood Gates?"

Bruce: "Hey Abraham, wanna go Burst the Flood Gates with me?"
Abraham (shakes head): "Sorry Bruce, I'm Jewsish."
