Foozie 

Can be reffered as anything and everything, by anyone to anyone, as an insult or compliment at any time and for any means possible. or as a word to describe how drunk and off your head you are.

example 1:
- hey check out that idiot over there
- yeah, what a foozie man!

example 2:

-dude... im so drunk, sam's bar tab is sweet!
-its sick hey, im so foozied

An affectionate term for someone who's clumsy or incompetent. Because obviously, if you can't handle your fooz, then you're nothing but a gosh darn foozler.

My son is a foozler.He isn’t capable of anything.
