When someone is clinically overweight but still has a good body shape or able to run faster or gym harder than a slimmer person.

One supposedly follows the other; only one letter difference to mean the exact opposites.

If you combine fatness/fitness, what do you get? "Fiatness"? Does that refer to an overweight person who drives a crappy subcompact car?
