A group of girls that one would generally agree are filthy or dirty in a sexual sense. May not be a negative even though the word implies a negative connotation. Could be a sarcastic way to say that a girl is hot and (you hope) dirty.

Usually pertains to a group of young women aka filthies. Either in a positive or negative content (almost always negative) is she is in the club she is a automatic filthy. If she has a man then she is a filthy fronter.

A disgusting example of the female of our species.

Will have any kind of sex with any kind of person(or any mammal for that matter).
She usually does not wash herself well. And will surly cover her own odor with too much perfume.
She will always stalk her prey and wait until they cant stand on their own before making her move.
This is the girl that goes home with the drunkest guy at the bar and will always cause trout mouth.
