Fibbie is a slang term, mainly used by other law enforcement members, to describe the FBI, who tend to take away cases from local jurisdictions, screw them up, and then blame said local jurisdictions for the screw up.
Is also used by surburban kids who watched too many spy movies.
Largely supersided by the term Party Van.

Law Enforcement Officer: Ah hell, its the Fibbies.
LEO 2: Fuck me, not another case ruined....

Fiebe

Fiebe is a beautiful, kind woman. If you are lucky to meet a Fiebe, you need to tell her that she is beautiful because she often doesn't see that in herself and that's sad because she is a stunner, a slaying sister.
