When you’re casually dating someone but they treat you ( and everyone else they’re dating) like they are your boyfriend or girlfriend.

I went out to dinner last night and saw from across the room, my fauxbae kissing and holding hands with his date. When he loudly said, “ babe!” We both looked up.
