An interjection when someone commits an action that resulted in well... utter failure (or disapprovment).

Guy#1: " I bet i can run all the way from one end of the tack field to the other in under 45 seconds."
*runs halfway and trips falling on his face

Twilight failz

The many flaws in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, mainly that vampire don't exist, and even if they did, they would burn rather than sparkle in the sunlight. Oh, and the way Bella got pregnant without Edward having a hard-on. Hmm, mysterious little fucker, isn't he?

Bella: I think I'm pregnant.
Edward: No, you can't be, because I don't have a blood flow and therefore can't get a stiffy and can't knock you up, making "Breaking Dawn" pointless, as well as the rest of the series before it.
Bella: Right, I forgot how much Twilight failz.

A group or organization of people who have proven time and time again that the only thing that can be expected of them, is failure.

Tony Hayward, CEO of BP, is said to have been the leader of the worlds first Fail Squad.

In May of 2010 the worlds first, real, fail squad presented itself in the form of BP. The energy company responsible for making our home "Earth" bleed out crude oil into our oceans at the rate of thousands, to hundreds of thousands of gallons per day.

A fail that is so extreme, that it tests the very fabric of nature, religious beliefs, technological advancements, and the origins of life as we know it. The 11th commandment should have been "Thou Shall Not Take Part in Giga Fails." This is how extreme a Giga Fail is.

"That fugly chick who bought me this poster is a Giga Fail."

"The fact that you were born is a Giga Fail in itself."

"Your skills at cooking bacon is a Giga Fail."
